About the Author:

Dr. Parikshit Sahu has obtained his Master Degree in Analytical and Applied Economics from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha in 1995. He has immense experience of teaching. He has been teaching Rural Development programmes of government acts, rules, guidelines of different programmes and projects to the developmental professionals, government officials, PRI members in different training institutes. He is a prolific writer, public orator, panelist of Doordarshan and a columnist. He has published a good volume of research articles, study reports, case studies to his credit in national and international journals.
